For the 2nd time , cutting birthday cake in Hanoi . Photo was taken in my office . I did not realise the date is 20082008 till my staff inform me , what a coincident ! :o)

How is the things going on in Hanoi? I heard there was a big forex fluctuation last 2 months when the government control the forex for 2 weeks.

many candle meaning old liao loh .. last 2 months was terrible , here short of US dollar , althought the goverment fix the exchange at USD 1 = VND 16800 , but there is no US dollar in the bank . We only able to get the dollar in the black market , trade at USD1= 19000 ! even the bank also face finiancial problem . Now is getting better .. thanks for the concern ..

Dear Kiwi , u definitely have a group of nice colleuage . I did notice the photo that u post , always with a group of good friends ( plus pretty girls ) ..haha

although we'd knew each other for years, now oli i realise our birthday is jz a different by 9days, haha....
